3-19-08 Strong North Wind |

The wind switched today and started cranking out of the North. I was with Bob and Jesse Humphries. We surfed the wind and waves at our first stop to pick up 4 big drum before it got to rough to fish. Our next couple of moves yeilded us little, but we then found a decent bite on a somewhat protected shoreline. The reds weren't schooled up, but we managed to pick them off a few at a time. Jesse and Bob were really good fishermen and they made the best of the weather. We missed a few nice fish, but we did get 5 reds, 4 drum, and 1 nice trout. This North wind is pushing our water out today and everything will be different tomorrow.
